From 1990 to 1999 Terry Braun was Managing Director and majority shareholder in Illuminations Interactive. In 1994 Gabriella Braun (formerly Rajeczy von Burian) joined Illuminations working on both multimedia and television productions. In 1999, Illuminations Interactive was transformed under its co-founder Terry Braun, and with Gabriella Braun, into a new company, braunarts. The new company took full control of all of Illuminations Interactive's projects, as well as ownership in past work.

braunarts continues to work as both broadcast television and multimedia producers across our current range of clients, with a strong emphasis on the production of digital media.

braunarts also builds on the success and reputation of Illuminations Interactive in creating new partnerships between the arts and new technology with a sharper focus on three interconnected areas of work:

• The Performing Arts
• Education
• Creative Consultancy

The common link across these areas of interest is embodied in our commitment to the commissioning and production of new collaborations in the Digital Arts and Media. Complementing this commitment is our vision for a more challenging use of new media to broaden the understanding of and access to The Arts, Science and Learning.

By embracing new technologies that are only now coming of age we are confident that we can offer the same level of professionalism that we have offered in the past plus an increased array of creative services at reduced costs. This new virtual company will continue to draw on the creative partnerships that have underpinned Illuminations Interactive's success - allowing new and existing clients to continue to work with our core team of award winning designers, programmers and media producers.
