Cuba Dance

Braunarts are preparing for a filming trip in Cuba. In partnership with Dance East and Wayne McGregor | Random, Braunarts are developing a documentary film which explores a dance cultural exchange.

SEPTEMBER 2009

Obscurity at Liberty Festival, Trafalgar Square, 5th September

Braunarts present the 3D sound world for this Extant production commissioned by Greenwich and Dockland International Festival.

Actors will invite the audience to circulate the area and follow an interactive story which also features live music by Baluji Shriverstaf / Takashi Kikuchi and live art by Sally Booth.

The performances (1pm and 5.30pm) are free of charge but numbers are limited.

Cuba Dance

In partnership with Dance East and Wayne McGregor | Random, Braunarts are creating Cuba Dance - a short look at the intersection between the very best of Cuban contemporary Dance training / performance, and proponents of some of the most creative approaches to modern choreography working in British Contemporary Dance.
