DECEMBER 2006
House of Sound
Braunarts have begun research and development of a
new theatre piece that investigates the power of family stories. House
of Sound is a collaboration between Braunarts and a composer and
writer.
House of Sound is funded by the Arts Council
England London office.
NOVEMBER 2006
Birmingham Contemporary Music Group
Braunarts are currently developing software for
use in live schools concerts given by BCMG across the UK in 2007.
The software will visually illustrate key musical
devices.
OCTOBER 2006
Up From The Waste
23rd October - November 11th 2006
Soho Theatre, London
Up From The Waste is childhood depictions of former New York City
Ballet Antonia Franceschi. Franceschi who played the haughty ballerina
Hilary van Doren in Fame and spoilt daddy’s girl Hilary in
Grease, presents an ensemble piece with two other dancers depicting
strong scenes from her life. Please note that this is an adult rated
piece.
SEPTEMBER 2006
Up From The Waste
Braunarts are creating the audio and video for the
theatrical work Up From The Waste by Antonia Franceschi. This
co-production by UKFD and Soho Theatre will open for previews on
October 18th 2006 and begins a four week run at the Soho Theatre in
London on Tuesday 24th October 2006.

Symphonic
Ragas
8pm Saturday 1st July 2006
The Albany, Deptford, London
Terry Braun creates a series of videos to accompany the Open Ear
Orchestra's performance of Symphonic Ragas.
Musicians of all ages from across south-east London, members of the
London Philharmonic Orchestra and Future Firsts scheme explore
south-Indian inspired music, Tamil melody and contemporary themes.
JUNE 2006
Of The Heart
Braunarts will launch its new Of The Heart website
- a documentary website for the Wellcome Sci-Art funded and
collaborative project with Random Dance Company, Sir John Tavener and
scientists of the Royal Brompton Hospital in London. We will link to
the site this page when it is public.
MAY 2006
Dark Heritage
"Braunarts are currently developing proposals for
integrating our sonic installation, The DARK, into the 2007 Bicentenary
Of The Abolition Of The Slave Trade commemorative events."

"Terry finishes his NESTA
Dream Time Fellowship and as a direct result of the new
software and design skills that he developed over this period is now
actively engaged in early stage designs and 3d conceptualisations for
two new buildings in London."

Have Eyes Competition"
March 10th 2006, 6 - 9am on Kiss100FM
"Braunarts produced a scary competition with Kiss
100 to promote the new scary film release 'The Hills Have Eyes', using
The Dark structure.
Competitors had to prove that they could withstand a completely dark
environment with 3D scary sounds plus some hair-raising challenges, to
win the competition and £10,000.00."

Terry visits the Hong
Kong Wetland Park as part of his Dream Time award.

Antarctic Waves at BETT
Braunarts were delighted to be asked by NESTA to show
their BAFTA award-winning educational software Antarctic Waves, at this
years BETT show
at Olympia in London.
