Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival 2000

Huddersfield is an international festival perhaps unequalled in the attention it gives to new music and performance from around the globe. The festival this year sees a new stylish website created by Braunarts.

The website is now live at www.hcmf.co.uk, and includes details of the forthcoming festival in November. Highlights include Greek by Mark-Anthony Turnage, Marcel Duchamp, the Picabias and Apollinaire, attend a performance of 'impression d'Afrique' by Raymond Roussel at the Théâtré Antoine by Michael Finnissy, various works by Wolfgang Rihm and Helmut Lachenmann, and including performances by [rout], Ensemble Al-Kindî with the Whirling Dervishes of Damascus, IOU Theatre, Amadinda and The Latvian Radio Choir.
