London Museums Agency
On October 20 2000 - The London Museums Agency awarded Braunarts the contract to develop their website. The LMA is currently the London regional office of the South Eastern Museums Service (SEMS), which is the Area Museum Council for south eastern England. Last year SEMS underwent a radical restructuring in preparation for the planned splitting of the organisation into four separate Area Museum Councils based on its current regional office boundaries.

From the end of March 2001 the London Museums Agency will legally become the dedicated Area Museum Council (AMC) for London, covering the thirty two local authorities in Greater London plus the City of London Corporation. The launch of our website will be timed to tie in with the mid March 2001 announcement of the London Museums Agency as an AMC.
